The lovely Hair Shack is the only Organic Colour Systems Salon on the Isle of Wight. Carol and her team offer advice on naturally healthier hair services with great after-care products, all at affordable prices.
There’s a great ‘eco’ ethos within the salon – from the drinks they serve (fairtrade Rapanui coffee and herbal Tea Pigs), to the eco towels, the sustainable bamboo flooring, the books and magazines, and of course the amazing products.
They’re experts in colouring using natural ingredients and seaweed lighteners – which is very appropriate as you can see the sea from their window! Also on offer are ‘Colour bugs’ – colour without the commitment, which is perfect for events and festivals, and you get a mini head massage thrown in.
